Brooklyn Vegan features our Jim Saah exhibit


For the past 40 years, Jim Saah's photography has graced the pages of newspapers, magazines, books and records from the Washington Post and Rolling Stone to the best selling-book, Our Band Could Be Your Life, and the cover of Fugazi's seminal album, Repeater.

In addition to photography, Jim has worked extensively in film and video. He was Director of Photography on feature-length documentary films, Salad Days: A Decade of Punk In the Washington, D.C. and CREEM: Americas Only Rock & Roll Magazine.

Jim's latest book, In My Eyes, Photographs 1982-1997, features over 60 bands including Minor Threat, Black Flag, Sonic Youth, The Faith, Void, Circle Jerks, Suicidal Tendencies, Husker Du, Fugazi, Big Boys, MDC, The Pixies, Scream, Pavement, Lou Reed, Jawbox and many more.
